Thursday, June 20th, 2024

When learning how to climb or developing proficiency, clinics often focus on technical skills, such as gear placement, movement, and anchor building. In this clinic, we will dive into the often overlooked but indispensable component of community, and how the people you climb with can shape your outdoor recreation experience - both in the moment, and for years to come.

Join Rhiannon Kunesh, DLCG instructor and psychotherapist, on June 20th to talk about the importance of finding the right climbing crew for you. Rhiannon will review stress responses, their effects and how to manage them, and the effects of your belaytionship, and how to manage that too.
