Tyler Davis

I first got bit by the climbing bug at the age of 16 back home in Northwest Wisconsin. I then stumbled into the guiding scene my junior year of college when I worked out in Acadia National Park and surrounding areas for the summer of 2021. 

Since that summer I have worked two additional seasons guiding ice climbing in Munising, MI at Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. Ice climbing was a sport I kind of fell into by chance instead of seeking it out but I have fallen deeply in love with that unique and amazing sport.

I am a graduate from Northern Michigan University with a degree in Business Management and Outdoor Recreation Leadership Management. Immediately after my graduation in May of 2022 I left to thru hike and successfully completed the Pacific Crest Trail.   

I’m excited to find my self working at Devils Lake to explore some of the best climbing my home state has to offer and to share it with those seeking out the amazing world of rock climbing!
