Standup Paddleboard (SUP) & Kayak Trips
Stand-up paddle boards are enjoying explosive popularity because they are really, really fun. SUPs provide enormous freedom of movement and a commanding view of both the landscape and the depths of the water, making for a fun and versatile on-water experience.
This course teaches the fundamentals of balance and stroke skills to move with competence and confidence on the water. While anyone can enjoying playing with a SUP, our goal is to help you gain skills to efficiently and enjoyably exercise and gain mastery of this unique craft.
TRIP DURATION: 3.5 hours, shore to shore (8 AM or 1 PM start)
PREREQUISITES: Nope! We love novices.
BRING YOUR OWN: Snacks, beverages, swimwear, hat, shades and sunscreen. Water shoes are optional. We provide all SUP and safety gear, plus a dry bag to store your essentials while on the water.

TRIP DURATION: 7 hours (usually 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM, or custom times)
PREREQUISITES: Nope! We love novices.
BRING YOUR OWN: Food, beverages, athletic clothing and shoes, camera, sunscreen.
GROUP SIZE: Any. We may combine small groups of 2 to 3, not to exceed a total group size of 5. Private trip fee ($30/person) guarantees you have a guide all to yourselves.
