Intro to SUP

A fun, easy intro to stand-up paddleboarding

Join our ACA certified SUP instructors for a half-day introduction to enjoying the power and playfulness of a stand-up paddle board. We introduce you to the equipment and proper safety precautions, then head onto the lake to get used to moving around on the board, from sitting, to kneeling, to standing... even to rocking your board on purpose! We provide an overview of the basic strokes all SUPers use, then use those strokes to play games and tour Devil's Lake. Expect to get wet and have a lot of fun!
